I personally feel as though Auto Clicks, and Wordpress are the two best ones. I have done considerably well with them and they are not pricey at all. If your just starting out I would say go with Wordpress to make your Website and Blog. Then you can use Google Adsense to get paid for the ads on your page. But just take a look at all these and use one u feel most comfortable with. Feel free to write if you have any comments.
